Who employs the Student?
Next Wave acts as the intermediary. You pay us, and we handle payments to the student. This streamlines the process and ensures compliance with employment regulations.
The hours worked are tracked through a shared document provided by Next Wave.
What if the student isn't meeting expectations?
If the student is underperforming, we’ll replace them free of charge to ensure your role continues smoothly.
What are the typical working hours a week, and is there a minimum?
Typically students are available for 5-18 hours a week. With an average of around 10.
There are no minimum hours required. You only pay for the hours worked.
Where are the students from, and how do you ensure they are qualified?
